HOW OUR SERVICE WORKS:

The labor on all of our services are included in our prices.  Including the seeding, fertilizer, aeration and more.  We do invoice on the costs of some of the items, like seed and fertilizer, if this is recommended more than the inclusive amount.  This never amounts to more than about $19.00 monthly and about $90.00 quarterly.  But what you end up with is one of the greenest and most dependable lawns in your neighborhood!

With your permission, and your card on file, we will auto debit, with invoices for each purchase, for things like SEED, MIRACLE GROW, FERTILIZER BRANDS, GYPSUM, TOPPER, AND MORE.  We will never exceed a predetermined spending limit that you preset with us monthly or quarterly.

We understand not everyone can push a mower or edge their property with the right equipment, but they love to do their own gardening.  So we do have a ‘mow. edge & blow’ service at a flat rate of $30.00 with a grass area of no more than 2,500 Sq. Ft.

Many landscape companies do not provide these extras, because they simply are not trained to or know how to.  We have been providing excellent landscaping services for more than 15 years now throughout San Diego and Riverside counties, yet we still offer competitive rates (competitive with other tax paying companies), great service, and a smile!
